Spend a special vacation with family and friends at our Chalet Bergliebe in the beautiful Hochkönig region—a hidden gem in the Salzburg region for hiking, biking, and skiing, with 120 kilometres of slopes.<br><br>A truly luxurious home where you’ll feel right at home—spanning 180 square metres!<br><br>It’s located above the centre of Mühlbach, offering a magnificent panoramic view of an impressive mountain backdrop. <br><br>The house offers plenty of quiet spaces to retreat to, 2 terraces, and a balcony! <br>The luxurious interior, featuring abundant use of wood, furnishings and accessories designed with great attention to detail and color-coordinated throughout, as well as the high-quality amenities, will ensure that you feel right at home.<br>It’s the little things that make a big difference!<br>The Premium Chalet Bergliebe is the only chalet in the area with an exclusive heated and covered outdoor hot tub, as well as a home theatre room with Sky and Netflix!<br><br>The following highlights also await you:<br>- Spacious, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso® coffee machine (including a Nespresso® milk frother) and an additional Melitta coffee maker, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, induction stove with indirect venting, SodaStream with a spare bottle, and plenty of dishes for everyone.<br>- Wine lovers can enjoy their wine at the optimal temperature thanks to a wine cooler<br>- The built-in, comfortable, and upholstered corner bench with a rustic, solid-wood table offers enough space for 10 people<br>- Living area with a couch for 10 people, centred around a large, three-sided glass-enclosed fireplace for cozy evenings—not just in winter. Unlimited firewood included!!! The entire living and dining area can also be darkened using electric blinds.<br>- The living area features a 65-inch LG® TV. You can listen to your favourite songs via Bluetooth or AirPlay through the Marantz® sound system.<br>- On the spacious south-west-facing terrace, you can choose between the covered and wind-protected lounge area—complete with an armchair, a three-seater sofa, and radiant heaters on both sides for fall and winter—or the barbecue area with a Weber® grill (with 3 burners and gas included) and a garden table for 10 people. If it ever gets too sunny, there’s a wonderful large umbrella. Another terrace adjoins the kitchen. Here you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning sun.<br>- Of course, we provide a complete set of baby gear free of charge: including 2 cribs and 2 high chairs, as well as children’s dishes and cutlery.<br>- Pure wellness! The spacious sauna (sauna heater with a properly installed safety enclosure!) and the exclusive outdoor hot tub for 5–6 people, with a view of the mountains, invite you to unwind and relax. To refresh yourself afterward, there’s a cold shower bucket, a cold-water hose, and a spacious rain shower in the separate sauna area. A towel dryer is also available here.<br>- On the first floor, we’ve designed a special room that can be used in many different ways. Watch exciting movies or TV shows on the screen and feel like you’re right in the middle of the action with the Denon Heos Soundbar®, just like in a private movie theatre. On cold, rainy days, your children can keep themselves entertained with board games or, if you allow it, with a round of PlayStation 4®. Four controllers and games are available.<br>- All bathrooms have windows and lockable doors (not standard in other homes!) and are equipped with a large sink, rain showerheads, glass shower enclosures, towel warmers, and hair dryers. <br>- Separate ski room with a heated ski boot dryer and ski racks.<br><br>The Hochkönig Card is included (many tourist services are included or discounted, such as free use of all mountain railways in the summer)! <br>All features are, of course, included in the price.<br><br>The Bedrooms <br>The 4 bedrooms are also very tastefully furnished and color-coordinated. All double rooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds with headboards measuring 180 x 200, and the special touch: wood-paneled back walls with indirect lighting.<br>Arrive and feel right at home! The beds are already made with high-quality white cotton linens upon your arrival!
