No hay agua caliente. No c puede dormir la cama estaba fatal y no existe una ética de en los empleados que se comprometa a dar un buen servicio. No lo recomiendo ni por error.

Empezando la atención no fue muy rápida ya que la chica que estaba no sabía nada de las reservaciones que se hacen por la aplicación así que esperamos a que realizara una llamada para preguntar, al llegar a la habitación parecía todo bien, nada lujos solo cama y muebles de madera viejos, al entrar al baño este no contaba con la tapa de la taza, tampoco había samphoo solo 2 jabones baratos y no hay agua caliente solo sale tibia, dejamos nuestras cosas en los muebles y cuando nos dimos cuenta estaban invadidas de pequeños animalitos y no eran hormigas, todo lleno hasta los teléfonos, por suerte llevaba repelente de mosquitos y funcionó para que no se acercaran los animalitos. No cuentan con horario para la alberca, lamentablemente nos tocó habitación frente a ella y ya pasada la media noche seguian jugando en el agua y gritando y no dejaban dormir, la cama no era cómoda el colchón ya es viejo y en el desayuno llegamos 20 min antes de las 11 y ya no nos querían atender cuando nos habían dicho que servían hasta las 11 así que no nos dieron fruta por que "según ya no había" pero cuando hicimos el check out estaba la del comedor con su platote de fruta. Nos quedamos para descansar ya que estabamos de paso y habiamos viajado mucho pero no descansamos y pagamos de más por lo que recibimos.

Llegamos a la 8 pm Accesible desde la carretera. Estacionamiento Integrado Nos atendieron de inmediato Obtuvimos un Jr Suite por el mismo precio. Hubo un evento que duró hasta la madrugada pero sin molestar. Albercas Restaurante Tiene mucho espacio para crecer.
