The apartment has a separate entrance. The 6.000m² plot can be used freely. They overlook the pond and seating is available. The apartment has a combined living and sleeping room. In this is a pantry kitchen integrated, a separate bathroom is also available. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200, separate mattresses). The living area has a flat-screen TV and seating.
