This is a lovely ONE BEDROOM self contained ground floor apartment in a 2 storey villa 200 metres from Mullins Beach. It is spacious with a well furnished open plan living room with very comfortable seating, TV, Wi-Fi. The dining area has a large dining table and seating for up to 6 persons. A large well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout, air conditioned bedroom, bathroom with bath tub inclusive and shower room. A book cabinet containing a collection of books, holiday brochures and an on going folder created by our guests over the years and full of invaluable tips and information about island tours & sites, restaurants, shopping.

Annonce pas tout Ă  fait exacte

L’emplacement est bien, prĂšs de la plage et tel que dĂ©crit. Toutefois, l’annonce n’était pas exacte. On indique qu’il y a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse mais ce n’est pas le cas. Également, il y a des restrictions quant Ă  l’utilisation de la climatisation et des ventilateurs qui ne sont pas mentionnĂ©s dans l’annonce. Avoir su avant, peut-ĂȘtre que notre choix se serait portĂ© ailleurs.

Great location value for money accommodation

Property was more than adequate and fulfilled our needs, the hosts were engaging and helpful, we would be happy to recommend this property and we are planning to return. Pool and grounds are private and relaxing, overall location to the beach and other travel network is great.

Mullins Beach Apartment

Super location minutes from the spectacular Mullins beach and Sea Shed restaurant set in wonderful grounds with humming birds and planting to enjoy all day and evening. The rooms are within a splendid grand house with privacy and a beautiful pool. We enjoyed bbq ing and entertaining. Our communication with the landlady was efficient and easy and Francis who cleans was most helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was large and practically functional . Perhaps a few new pots and pans would be helpful but we were very happy with the simplicity for a week thank you we will be back definitely

Lovely apartment close to the beach

Que Sera is a lovely apartment on the ground floor, the owners live on the floor above. The apartment has everything you need for a beach holiday on beautiful Barbados, plus there is a pool onsite for use by guests. Maureen was a lovely host, and I would recommend her place.

A little gem

The property is in a fantastic location for the sea shed and Adrian's bar on Mullins beach 5min max walk. Also the same for catching the local buses in and out of the city. It's lovely to be on the beach but for a chill out day great to spend it around the pool on the sunbeds. On the terrace you can see the monkeys, hummingbirds as well as other species of birds too. The little geckos are fun to watch how quickly they run on the house walks and grounds. The property also has quite a large drive so great too if you want to hire a car during your stay. We will definitely be back.

Maureen and Lenox Are Lovely Hosts

First Lenox and Maureen are excellent hosts and are great people. We were lucky enough to even meet some of their family who had travelled from the UK to stay at the property. And their apartment that they rent out is quite nice. However, we booked their Vrbo looking for a nice, quiet, peaceful vacation, away from the busy west coast highway and the noise that comes with that roadway. That was far from the case. There is a major construction project of 26 condo units being undertaken right adjacent to the property that goes on six days a week, from early morning to well into the evening. For three days in a row, there were cement mixers parked adjacent to the other side of the Vrbo where we were trying to relax and read, parked, with their engines idling and their cement mixers churning away. We were sandwiched between the noise of the construction site and idling trucks. Then, on Sundays when the construction noise does ease up, the local dogs all start barking in unison early in the morning. I appreciate that there is little that Maureen and Lenox can do about the noise, and I feel sorry for them, as it is not their fault. I wish I had done more to learn about the noise level at this Vrbo before booking it, so it is my fault that we stayed here no doubt. This was my first Vrbo experience and the lesson learned for me is to determine what I can expect in terms of piece and quiet. In time, this may be a lovely spot to rent, but for right now, be prepared for the noise.

I truly loved the feel of being home yet away from home. Everything you can ask for when it comes to comfort while on vacation. I loved the private pool and the tranquil grounds. Being within walking distance from the beach and decent restaurants. If I had to give a negative response it would be the lack of air conditioning throughout (only in bedroom). Each room does have ceiling fans.

Lovely Appartment

Gorgeous location within 2 minutes walk from Mullins beach and the fabulous "Sea Shed" restaurant. Beautiful garden and pool area and excellent accommodation. Owners Maureen and Lenox are delightful people
