The breakfast was pretty much the same every day. It really needs to have a bit more of a variation. Also we have stayed at this property over the last four years and are very familiar with the property. It does need a bit of a refresh. However, the main area we found lacking was the fact that we had left my wife straighteners in the room. We vacated the room on our last day by the time requested and stored our luggage for a departure later that evening. Even then Hotel management team didn’t inform us that we had left our straighteners and handed them back to us. It was only when we realised ourselves and contacted the hotel. We got confirmation that they had them.
Had they informed us when we went back to collect our baggage before departing for the airport we would’ve been able to pick them up.
Instead we had to get someone to go especially and collect them, which has now meant we won’t see them until that person is coming to England. This fact was very disappointing considering we have given them business every year for the last four years.
