Room was a great size,very clean, nice bathroom, & 2 waters and 2 beers in mini fridge for free was a nice surprise. We used this hotel when travelling to Munich for the Euro football tournament. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the staff very approachable and helpful. There were excellent transport links to and from the airport and also to and from the city centre.

Unique setup. I'm not sure how many units were part of the Living Hotel and what were actual apartments, but the room itself was a bit small and not super comfortable. There was no airflow, so I kept the window the whole time, but there was no screen. Thankfully there were no bugs. The reception & cafeteria were in a building across a courtyard, but it wasn't obvious what path to take. The breakfast was OK. Overall I would go back if I needed to be in that part of Munich, as it was convenient and felt very local. It was well situated to get around!

We stay at this property every year for the Oktoberfest. The staff are friendly, the facilities are well maintained and clean, and the apartment style amenities in the room are great! Comfortable but a little bit far from the station

The location is a little bit far from the main station (3 subway stations and then needed to walk 10 mins from that station) but still considered to be acceptable. The room was clean and nice with a little balcony.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and most spoke English well which I really appreciated because my German is barely adequate. I especially like the balcony on my room, where I could smoke. The Ubahn (subway) is three blocks away. Will definitely recommend!
