Excellent location 5 min walk to Marienplatz and subway/trains. Really only 2 issues and they are common ones when traveling in Europe. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, caused issues with my back (60 yrs old). Also room got hot at night as you couldn't adjust the temperature below a certain point. Otherwise a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Everything was in a walkable distance and they even had umbrellas for the rain. The breakfast was a little expensive for what it was but it was good. The beds were a little on the hard side. We will definitely be back!

This was my second stay at the Living Hotel Das Viktualienmarkt. The staff were excellent, rooms very clean. The breakfast was very expensive and not worth the price. The evening meal was a ribs restaurant with a very limited menu. There were orchestra members in the room above me and practiced some nights until 10pm, despite numerous calls. This went on for about 5 nights. I really was disappointed. My first stay last year was much better.

The location is PERFECT. It is right around the corner from Marienplatz and Viktualienmarket is right across the street. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. We had an early flight in the morning and thought we would try our luck and see if our room was ready and it was! The front desk lady was very kind with helping us get situated. We will definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, and the room itself was clean and nice. Only negative was some of the staff was pretty rude at check in, they were obviously annoyed we were even there (we arrived early but were happy to store our bags).
