The apartment is very well connected by traffic and is centrally located in the foothills of the Alps between Munich and Kufstein and is therefore an ideal starting point for numerous activities. Perfection near Munich
Delightful, modern, and immaculate apartment in rural setting near Munich. Two minutes away from train station and grocery store!! Coffee machine was fantastic! WiFi was amazing!!!

Es war eine super schöne Zeit bei Familie Schneider. Die Wohnung und alles drumherum war ein Volltreffer. Wer mit Hund dort hin möchte ist bestens aufgehoben. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

Herrliche Auszeit mit zwei Hunden in schöner, zentraler Ferienwohnung
Wir waren als älteres Ehepaar mit zwei Hunden in dieser schönen und für Hunde idealen Ferienwohnung. Die sympathischen Vermieter wohnen mit ihrem lieben Hund oben in diesem Zweifamilienhaus. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf die entfernten Berge ist ein Traum. Im Umkreis von 1 h finden sich München, Rosenheim, Kufstein, Chiem- und Tegernsee und die Berge ... Gut 15 Min. entfernt befindet sich das Thermalbad von Bad Aibling. Das Haus liegt direkt an Wiesen und Feldern am "Dorfrand" des kleinen Nestes Niclasreuth. Die Fotos von der Wohnung sind absolut korrekt. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Wir vier haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöne Feruenwohnung.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch unsere beiden Hündinnen waren kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Schöne große, eingezäunte Terrasse. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir danken Familie Schneider für den netten Aufenthalt in Niclasreuth. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, vollständig und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Schneider war immer ansprechbar und auch ein gemütliches Beisammensitzen beim Bier war ein schöner Urlaubsabschluß.

Erholung auf dem Land
Gute Erholung in sehr sauberer, gut ausgestatteter Wohnung mit toller großer Sonnen-Terrasse. Gut geeignet auch für Familienurlaub. Nähe zu den Bergen, München und dem Chiemsee für Ausflüge. Alles was man noch braucht ist ein Auto, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort.
