Die Verheißung erfüllt – Die Sehnsucht bleibt!

Wundervolle, liebevoll ausgestaltete und persönlich u.a. mit Büchern, hochwertigen ortsbezogenen Magazinen u.v.m. bestückte Ferienwohnung in einmaliger Lage nördlich des Mooses, welches von der Wohnung aus vor allem am frühen Morgen, aber auch am Abend (aufsteigende Nebel bzw. ‚Alpenglühen‘) direkt überblickt werden kann, einfach herrlich! Im ‚Blauen Land‘ der ‚Blauen Reiter‘ hatte ich meine Aquarellfarben dabei. Zu Fuß sind Moos, Ähndl, Kottmüller-Allee und Münter-Haus binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Erstklassisches italienisches Restaurant ganz in der Nähe ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung stand bereits 2 Stunden vor der offiziellen Überlassung zur Verfügung mit lokalem Freibier als Willkommensgruß. Schlüsselübergabe ist völlig unproblematisch. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine solide Außentreppe über zwei Stockwerke und die zur Wohnung gehörige großzügige Dachterrasse, die in den Sommermonaten zum Frühstücken im Freien einlädt. Moderneste hochwertige Küche mit funktionierenden Markengeräten und großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und allem Zubehör inklusive Fön und reichlich Handtüchern. Als an den ersten beiden Tagen die in den Abendstunden noch benötigte Zentralheizung nicht warm wurde, erfolgte trotz Osterwochenende sofortige Abhilfe durch die zuständige Management Agentur Skinner, indem u.a. ein mobiler Radiator bereitgestellt wurde, einfach großartig und ein ganz dickes Lob für die freundliche persönliche Abhilfe! Von Lage und Ausstattung inklusiver Sauberkeit wird man von einer Ferienwohnung kaum mehr erwarten können. Keine Kritik, sondern nur gut gemeinte Anregungen zur weiteren Optimierung: Eine kleine Mikrowelle wäre prima und (bei 3 Personen) ggf. noch ein zusätzlicher Sessel im Wohnbereich, vielleicht auch etwas bequemerer Stühle. Das Doppelbett ist wegen des Zimmerzuschnitts für die 2. Person leider nur durch ein Übersteigen des Bettgenossen erreichbar, was in der Nacht mühsam sein kann.

Aktivurlaub

In der sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Dachgeschosswohnung haben wir uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und funktional, man könnte hier auch glatt einfach einziehen. Gerne kommen wir wieder um unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung zu verbringen.

Einige Mängel aus unserer Sicht

- Der schlechte Couch-Zustand ist aus den Internet-Bildern nicht zu erkennen. - Großes Schlafzimmer ist an 2 Wänden direkt gestellt; wie soll der eine Partner(an der Wand liegend) aufstehen...? - Die Bettdecken, in beiden Zimmern, entsprechen nicht der Internetdarstellung und Wirklichkeit! Eine Zumutung! - Im gleichen Zimmer ist kein Kleiderschrank; hier muss die Bekleidung im Koffer bleiben und auf dem Boden. Darstellung im Internet zeigt dies nicht!!!!! - Die Stuhlsitzgruppe ist zwar historisch, aber nicht für längeren Aufenthalt. -Sitzgruppe draußen ist gut gemeint, aber der Verkehrslärm, von der Hauptstraße, bietet somit keine "5 Sterne Ruhe".

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben das Auto die komplette Zeit stehengelassen und die Stadt und Umgebung zu Fuß erkundet. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen tollen Blick in verschiedene Richtungen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
