Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 5 minutes from the beach.

The ground floor comprises the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

Fully equipped kitchen connected to the veranda. The living room features two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and also connects to the veranda.

The first floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

Air-conditioned veranda with two dining areas.

A comfortable outdoor area with a garden surrounded by orange trees, a 3x5 meter swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue area, and a ping-pong table, perfect for enjoying meals and evenings with family or friends.

The entire house is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
