This property with private pool and garden in Muro, only 10 km away from the beach, welcomes 8 guests.
Our guest will hace access to a private chlorine pool which sizes 12 x 6 metres and has a depth that goes from 0.8 to 2.1 meters. It is surrounded by a garden and a terrace and this is the ideal place to sunbathe on one of the 8 sunbeds or cool down in the outside shower from time to time. The great garden is very well cared and there you will find a barbecue to cook delicious meats and vegetables. The furnished porch is the suitable place to celebrate wonderful evenings. You will find animals like goats, separated by a fence, at the property. The house has the traditional Majorcan style with a lot of personality, and it is stone revetted. The owner cares about environment and has installed solar panels. The plot is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

The 2-storey house offers accommodation for 8 guests looking for quietness and individuality. the comfortable living room is equipped with a wood fireplace, a sofa, a DVD and CD player as well as a TV set with German, English and Spanish satellite channels. The traditional kitchen has access to the outside and it will be the chef's favorite place. It counts with everything you may need to cook, including a gas hob and a dishwasher. The dining table has room for 10 people. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the independent laundry. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as an independent bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. Upstairs you will find a living room and three more bedrooms, all of them with a double bed and one also has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower an a walk-in closet. All bedrooms offer a fan. Two cot and two high chairs are also available under request.

Muro is a village close to the sea and the beach. It offers all services you may need during your vacation, including a petrol station, a supermarket, bars and restaurants. You will get to the northern coast in 10-15 minutes by car, an to dreamy beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia, all with fine sand. The Caves in Campanet and the underground waters of the so called Ses Fonts Ufanes are less than 30 minutes by car. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, by the sea, but you can also go to the course in Pollensa, in the mountains. A car is needed.

The Finca is perfect for those who want privacy but is still only 11 mins from the beach. The outside space is especially nice with a very clean pool and beautiful grounds surrounding the house. Inside is very spacious with a very well stocked kitchen. We really couldn't find any downside with this Villa and would love to return one day.

Wir sind rundum begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem Anwesen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses und der gepflegte Zustand des Grundstückes. Feigen, Zitronen, Limetten und Mandeln konnten wir dort ernten. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight! Mit dem Auto ist man in 10-15 min am wunderschönen Strand oder zum Einkaufen. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Wir hatten sogar einen riesigen Obstkorb als Begrüßungsgeschenk auf dem Tisch stehen. Die Organisation über Homerti fanden wir auch sehr gut und unkompliziert.

Wij hebben met onze familie (8p) genoten van het geweldige huis in Mallorca. Alles was aanwezig voor een super vakantie! 4 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een ruime woonkamer en prachtig terras. Als je de poort door rijdt, kom je echt je eigen paradijsje binnen...Het is ook een goede uitvalsbasis voor veel leuke uitstappen! Kleine nadelen: er is 1 kamer met 2 aparte bedden (wel harde matrassen), de andere kamers hebben allemaal een dubbel bed. De dubbele bedden zijn naar onze normen tamelijk smal. De slaapkamers zijn ruim genoeg, ik zou er bredere bedden plaatsen of 2 losse bedden naast elkaar. Aangezien hier de kinderen naast elkaar moesten liggen, was het vaak een strijd om het bed te delen (en vooral het ene laken te delen). Verder moet je wel rekenen dat je huis echt een beetje buiten de "actie" ligt: wij vonden dat een voordeel (even alle rust), maar als je graag 's avonds nog langs de dijk wandelt of iets gaat drinken, weet dat je dan echt je auto nodig gaat hebben.

die Sauberkeit in der Finca. Es gab alles was benötigt wird. man musste nichts zusätzlich mitnehmen. Sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand gab es. Besonders war der Pool. die Stechmücken am Abend und Wespen am Pool.

Die Finca ist einfach toll und hat eine super Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir fanden es toll, dass es ausreichend Handtücher gibt und verschiedene Decken, wenn man möchte. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!!!

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu beanstanden gibt, dann dass im Sommer einige Wespen um den Pool herum fliegen. Allerdings sind die Wespen allzeit friedlich und kamen uns nie in die Quere. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, genügend Handtücher waren da und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war herausragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

Een droomhuis

Nog mooier in het echt dan op de site. Een liefdevol huis, aan alles is gedacht. Bij aankomst brandde er gezellig licht en een grote schaal vol fruit stond klaar. We hebben genoten van het grote zwembad en de prachtige tuin.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa

In der Villa bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet mit Garten, Grill, Pool etc. viel Platz zum Entspannen. Auch die Organisation war super und hat einwandfrei geklappt. Ich kann die Villa nur empfehlen und würde sie für einen weiteren Urlaub auf Mallorca sofort wieder buchen.

Wunderschön gelegene ruhige Finca

Sehr gepflegte und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca. Ein Haus in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Als Begrüssung ist ein grosser Obstkorb bereit gestellt sowie Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Wunderbar sauberer gepflegter Pool. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück gibt es Schafe und ein Schwein. Sehr idyllisch die auch absolut nicht stören. Einfach ein Traum von Finca!!
