'Son Auba' is a perfect holiday home for families with children in Muro, only 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Can Picafort, in typical Majorcan style, well-equipped with quality furnishings, very cosy and comfortable, and in a very quiet and private area.
The house distributed in two levels has on the ground floor a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room open to the living room, a bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower.On the first floor from a large hall there is a living room, three bedrooms with double bed, one of them with bathroom en suite and another bathroom with bathtub.
Equipped with Internet, Wifi, SAT-TV, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer .....
Outside the house there are pleasant terraces, spacious garden areas with a large lawn that is ideal for children, surrounding the large swimming pool and the outdoor barbecue area, where you are sure to spend pleasant evenings 'al fresco'.
The beaches of Can Picafort and Playas de Muro are just 10 kilometres from the finca, with their unique natural setting of S'Albufera and its beach and lakes. The area offers various water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing, as well as other sports, horse riding, cycling, hiking...
In Can Picafort with its tourist and leisure areas you will find everything you need, supermarkets, fashion shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc.Or if you prefer to visit the markets or to the shops and restaurants in the villages of Muro or Santa Margarita, also only a few minutes driving, from the house.
Both, in the north direction we find the golf course in Alcudia Aucanada Golf and in Pollensa Golf Pollença in the opposite direction towards the northwest at about 15-20 minutes we find 4 different golf courses very close to each other Pula Golf, Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf.
This finca is situated in the northern part of Mallorca, about 40 minutes away from the international airport of Palma.
