This has to be ranked among the top hotels I have ever stayed in. It was very clean. It had a great view of the Murray River and the Murray Bridge landmark. The customer service was top notch. Great ample lockup basement carpark and everything was within walking distance. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in great position. Well appointed rooms on Riverview side. Great views. Very noisy when 3 young children next door. Probably good idea to keep families with kids on one floor. Pool wonderful for morning swim. Had trouble getting tv to work properly, no instructions for oldies never using very dif type of remote. But the tv actually wasn't working properly. Had to get the duty manager to fix the set top box at 9.30 after being out to dinner to watch footy. Big problem overhead lights very bright. No bedside lights except a very bright one that ran all along the ceiling next to the wall, way too bright to put on during the night toilet trip without waking your partner. Prob wouldnt stay again, some disappointing features of design, because the rooms are very nice.
