Inside, the spacious first floor boasts an open-concept living area with a crisp 55" ROKU Smart HDTV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table that seats 10, plus additional seating for four at the kitchen counter—ideal for gatherings big and small. A convenient laundry room with brand new washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. Two cozy bedrooms on this level include a king bedroom with access to a beautifully tiled full bath, and a fun bunk room with full-over-full and twin-over-twin beds—perfect for kids or groups.

Upstairs, unwind in the luxurious primary suite featuring a king bed with a Nectar mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious, upscale shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and serene inlet. We had 11 adults, who are all very close friends! Our friend Gary has been battling cancer for several years and just received the good news we all have been praying for! He is now cancer free so of course, we had to celebrate!!! This house was amazing and was perfect for our group!!! Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! We will be back!

Clean missing a few things. Would be nice to have handrail getting in and out of pool. More towel racks in bathroom. More chairs around pool area. Maybe some drapes or shades on back door and windows. Nice for brightness but when we sat to eat, sunshine in faces.
