While we enjoyed the condo itself the parking was difficult. If you returned to the condo later in the evening there were no available spots and no where else to park! Elevator didn't work one evening and walking up 4 flights with a medical condition was tough. Frustrating!! Also, we paid for a cleaning service so stripping the bed, washing, drying and putting away dishes, and taking out garbage should have been handled by the cleaning service. First VRBO I ever had to do that for.

Nice Condo
The condo was just as described. Everything seemed very clean. The oceanfront view of the beach was wonderful. The only thing we ran into is that while the description says towels are provided, we were only able to locate one bath towel, which wasn’t adequate for our family of four. Everything else was great.

Beautiful Beach View
We spent literal hours daily on the deck. Can watch the sunrise from there - all the beauty, no sand. The only imperfection was parking. But that’s just beach side parking, no fault of the manager. Parking permit was provided. Have already told my family to reserve this place if in the state.

Property was clean and nicely furnished. Excellent view! Parking was stressful. One space available for the unit, but with some spaces that were available you could get blocked in by other cars. Would not stay here in the future because of the parking. No extra area available for parking. Nothing the owner can do to remedy the situation but would be difficult during busy seasons.

Perfect Location
The condo was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The view and location on the beach was perfect. Spent our days on the beach, and in the pool. Our evenings on the balcony (no issues). Would highly recommend. The check in and out process was the best I'd ever had.
