Muskoka's White House is a cottage located only 5 mins from JW Marriott or Golf at The Rock Golf Club. 15 minutes to the Lake Joseph Golf Club and Village of Port Sandfield. 20 minutes to Port Carling, 30 minutes to Bala. 7 minutes by boat to the town of Rosseau or Windermere House Resort.
PROPERTY
MUSKOKA'S WHITE HOUSE is a contemporary glass cottage that virtually floats on Lake Rosseau. Only a few steps from the water, the grounds consist of the Cottage, the Guest Bunkie, 4 slip Boathouse and the Cabana Bar that sits on the end of the oversized dock. Enjoy the Green Egg Smoker, the most versatile barbecue or outdoor cooking product, with BBQ, smoking and oven capabilities.
With an oversized 2000 square foot dock that gets both sun and shade all day long, the waterfront is perfect for quiet family time and for entertaining. The Cabana Bar offers a great hangout away from the sun to enjoy a cocktail with friends, watch the U.S. Open, listen to music on the outdoor sound system, read a book, take a nap or simply enjoy the view. The massive dock provides a large sectional sitting, while the Cabana has a sheltered sectional as well as a bar with 5 bar stools.
INTERIOR
The 4200 square foot open-concept Main Cottage boasts 4 bedrooms including an oversized primary with spectacular views, indoor bar, heated floors, laundry, WiFi, and a top of the line kitchen with a walk in fridge, steam oven and two dishwashers. Second floor TV/media room with expansive windows make you feel like you are immersed in the Muskoka natural environment.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor; a queen with ensuite as well as a bedroom with a queen bunk with a trundle. On the second floor guests will find two bedrooms; one with ensuite that can be configured as 2 twins or a king as well as the incredible, over sized primary bedroom which spans the entire length of the cottage overlooking Lake Rosseau.
The 600 square foot 1 bedroom/bathroom Guest Cabin with a loft can sleep a couple and up to three younger ones in the loft.
The boathouse is full of wake skates, wake surf, wake boards, water skis, life jackets, paddle boards, canoes and kayaks ready to enjoy a day of activities on the open water. All the Muskoka toys you ever thought you may need are here!

The linens and turnover fee is $1,560.00 per rental
This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
