With great proximity to local amenities and tourist attractions such as 5 star golf courses, restaurants and shopping in the nearby towns of Bracebridge, Port Carling and Gravenhurst. The upper level lot is private and beautifully landscaped with floral perennial gardens and grassy spaces for lawn games and guests will delight in pursuing an outdoor fitness regime in the open air pagoda followed by a relaxing dip in the outdoor hot tub, shower spa area. For those guests that prefer a lakeside experience, the elevator shuttle will conveniently and quickly whisk them down to the lakeside where they will be able to enjoy a myriad of water sports such a deep water swimming, boating, etc. by the expansive oversize dock or simply sip a drink under the umbrella and recline on the patio furniture.
