The built space is c. 430 sqm generously spreading over 5500 sqm of amphitheatric land with breath taking all round views of the Aegean Blue and the 3 of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos. The architecture style of the villa is typical Mykonian, with white washed walls, curvy lines and local rock (officially designated as of “special natural beauty”) being the main attraction points. Outdoors, the property features various verandas and terraces, ideal for relaxing in daytime or enjoying the beautiful sunset colors. The infinity pool, naturally decorated with Mykonian rock, uses the blue horizon and the curvy coastline as its natural extension. The residence also features a small theatre and a private church, ideal for special events. The villa comprises one building volume, consisted of 2 levels with a private entrance and accommodates a total of 8 guests. It is located just 10 minutes by car from Mykonos Town and 5-7 minutes from the sought after beaches of Super Paradise, Agrari and Elia.
