Villa consists of two levels. On the main level, there is a living and dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and sea view, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and garden view. In the outdoor area on the same level, you can find the private swimming pool with a hydromassage and sunbeds. The outdoor lounge and dining area with the bar have an infinite and endless sea view of the Aegean Sea while protected by a pergola.
On the first level, there is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and panoramic sea view as well as an extra-spacious balcony with a scenic view of Kalafatis beach.
The villa is equipped with smart TVs, A/C, a hairdryer, spacious closets, and a safe box.
On the lower level, there is an extra bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, smart TV, and independent entrance available for personnel upon request.
There is a protected parking space available for 4 cars.
