Villa Efkalia is a beautiful property to rent located in the Agios Lazaros area of ​​Mykonos.

The Exterior offers a large relaxation area where we find well-kept gardens, a wonderful infinity pool with panoramic views of the neighboring islands and the blue of the Aegean sea, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers.

Villa Efkalia can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people and has 5 bedrooms 1 loft and 5 bathrooms and is spread over two levels.

At the entrance we find a living area with sofas and flat screen TV.

Next door, a bright dining area offering lovely landscape views and a well-equipped kitchen.

On this level there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom and a loft with a single bed.

On the lower level, 4 bedrooms including 2 doubles with king size bed and each with private bathroom, one double with queen size bed and one with 2 single beds.

The last two bedrooms share the bathroom and all enjoy a sea view.

On this level we also find a second smaller kitchen.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage refundable deposit corresponding to the 20% of the total stay, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.
