Mykonos Waves

Excellent place to stay for a few days or even weeks. Very relaxing and the host Filippa was amazing and could not do enough for us. George use to drive us into Mykonos Old Town every night which was so great of him. Has truly relaxing holiday.

Nice hotel with very kind staff. It’s well located walking distance to Ornos beach clubs, which are very nice, but besides the beaches there’s not much more. Hotel is located just next to a very windy beach (diff to Ornos).

A perfect little gem. The rooms are lovely and open right out to the prettiest pool overlooking the sea. The people who run Waves are incredibly warm and welcoming and ensured we were well taken care of from the moment we got off the ferry. Our stay was the highlight of our summer vacation!

**Exceptional Hotel with Prime Location for Kite Surfing Enthusiasts** This is a truly exceptional hotel with outstanding service staff who go above and beyond. The property sits on Mykonos's windy side, facing Korfos—which is ideal if you enjoy watching world-class kite surfing right from your room. Be aware, however, that this location is *very* windy, and there are times when it's genuinely difficult to be outside comfortably. The infinity pool is stunning and adds to the overall luxury experience, though wind can affect poolside time as well. That said, it's worth knowing that most of Mykonos's main nightlife and activities are centered in downtown and around Ornos Beach. The hotel thoughtfully offers complimentary shuttle service to downtown, which we found incredibly convenient for escaping to calmer areas. We also greatly appreciated their generous services—they arranged complimentary pickup from the port and drop-off at the airport, which made our entire stay seamless. **Bottom line:** Outstanding hotel and service in a beautiful location. The windy side of the island facing Korfos is perfect if you value scenic water sports and a more serene atmosphere, though you'll want to venture out for the bulk of Mykonos's dining and nightlife—and to escape the wind when needed.
