From the property, Delos is so close that you can enjoy a rare golden sunset over the island and can feel a positive energy drifting across the water.

The villa has access from the main entrance level, through a downhill walking distance of 100 meters, to a secluded small beach which is protected from the winds in a picturesque giant rocky landscape ideal for walking, taking photographs, yoga and swimming offering the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends.

In detail, the main villa is built in two levels:

At the upper level, where is the main entrance to the villa, there are 2 living rooms with 2 TVs, 1 dining table, total 4 spacious built in coaches and a modern fully equipped kitchen room along with a fire place and a toilet (without shower).

In the lower level there are 3 bedrooms, one of them is the master bedroom, having its own built-in shower and hand basin, without toilet. 2 bedrooms have pool view and 1 bedroom has a small terrace. There are 2 full bathrooms at this level, with toilet, shower and hand basin, a washing machine and a dryer. From this level, there is access to the swimming pool area through the master bedroom, however the pool area is accessed from all guests from the upper level living room area, with an external staircase.

Under the swimming pool area, there is a sea view modern studio (4th bedroom) with en-suite full bathroom, sofa and a small kitchen.

In the front yard where is the entrance to the villa, there is a parking and a sitting area with built in sofas, a table with chairs and a garden with breathtaking views overlooking the islands of Delos and Rhenia. The neighbourhood is quite and tranquility is all over the place, with the best sunset views.

All rooms are delightfully decorated with exceptional attention to detail and comfort. Every room is equipped with AC.

The villa is only 5kms from Mykonos town. The house is very close to Ornos(2,1 km), Agios Ioannis(2,5 km), Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located only in 3min drive.

In 1,9 km from the villa, there is an organised kite and windsurfing school in Korfos bay.

Maid service and change of linen/towels is held twice a week. Additional maid service can be arranged.

An official certificate licence from EOT (Ellinikos Organismos Tourismou) has been issued by the Greek National Tourist Organisation.
