Traditional House on Agios Sostis Beach - Sea view & access to the beach

The most exciting sea view unfolds before you, while you are laying in your bed, while having breakfast, while seating in the living room.. You are just in the middle of that big blue cycladic scenery!
A staircase inside our property will lead you to a beautiful small non-organised beach, where you can enjoy pure and clear waters of the Aegean Sea. A bigger beach, called, Agios Sostis beach is also in a 3 min. walk from the house.

Our traditional house, constructed under the cycladic style in 1995 with eco-friendly materials -such as local stone, wood and marble- offers plenty of space and amenities for a comfortable stay for 4 up to 6 persons. The house is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who like the pure landscape of Northern Mykonos. If you are looking for a relaxing "feels like home" experience by the sea and under the sun of a famous greek island, then you will enjoy our place.

In 120 sq.m. divided in 2 levels, the house offers 2 bedrooms (1 master on the upper floor with full bathroom ensuite and 1 double on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, living room-kitchen, furnished patios all around, BBQ and parking. A comfortable sofa bed, that could host 2 extra guests in real mattress, is also placed in the living room.

The house offers 2 furnished patios, one of them overlooking the sea. Our location can be affected by the wind, but in that case the southern patio will give you shelter.

There is free WiFi internet connection throughout, cable TV with cinema options, a small washing machine and dishwasher, iron, dryer and all linen and toiletry needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. A set of retro design bluetooth speakers are also provided, so you can hear your music in your favourite spots all around the house and patios!

Only 7kms. from Mykonos Town (Chora) easily reached by car or scooter, Agios Sostis is a sparsely populated residential area, that has been protected for its natural beauty and still maintains the free and peaceful spirit of Mykonos island. It is the ideal place to relax by the sea, even in crowed August days. No loud bars or any other kind of stores are around. The only business of the area is famous Kiki's tavern, a little restaurant with fine tastes, sea view and excellent service in a relaxing ambient - don't miss having a meal there!

The closest super market and stores are in 10min. drive, while beautiful Panormos beach lies in a 500m. distance. Distance from the New Port and airport is also 7kms.

Please, have in mind that Mykonos often has strong winds, that are quite present in our area. This phenomenon is mostly happening during the first weeks of August.

You should also know that inside the property there is a detached studio without any connection to the main house. For 2021 the studio is rented to a young couple for the whole season. They are kind and discrete neighbours.
