The condo itself was nice however we did kill a couple of roaches. The in and outwas very inconvenient. The roll carts were too big for the doors even trying to get in. The elevator was not happy with our experience checking in we got there three hours early and got in our room at 10 minutes till four with all the crowd. The whole purpose was to get there early to get in. I understand your time was 4 o’clock however it was very inconvenient for elderly people, especially handicap people not enough parking all these codes to get in and out when elderly people can’t see to do that. It was not a good experience for us. We will not be back.

Perfect

First time staying and it was just what we wanted for the price. The front desk staff, bartenders and cleaning staff were quite pleasant. Upon check out, our flight was leaving very late, and the front staff allowed us to store our bags and use the amenities for the whole day. We were not interested in doing and “touristy things” so we were not bothered by not having a car and not being within walking distance of things. We enjoyed door dash for some groceries to use in the kitchen. Food on premises was pretty good and Buttercup at the outside bar was lovely. We would go again. We felt safe, elated and well cared for.

check in was 4:00, I arrived @3:30 and was told my room wasn’t ready ,come 4:53 we where let into our room where the first thing we saw was a pair of dirty underwear on the floor, finger prints on all of the surfaces, the floor was covered in sand and crumbs, the manager would not compensate what so ever when asked about a refund, we checked out 4 days early and took a loss just to get into a better hotel. Very inconvenient and unfortunate situation that could have been handled much better than it was.

The view was beautiful and the room was very cute. However, it smelled like fried food for the first day we were there. I had to air out the room. The staff at check in wasn't friendly. She just handed me everything as if I had been there before. It was my first time. I didn't know what tower my room was located in or that I needed a code to park in the parking garage. When I went back inside to ask for clarification, I had the same lady. She then told me I could pull right up to the hotel and unload my bags so I pulled up to the unloading area. A male staffer then told me to park and unload, the complete opposite of what the lady at the counter had just told me.

Property was clean but dated. Not really an issue for us but I'm sure some people would be bothered by that. Everyone very friendly and all amenities very convenient. They must have had a large turnover Sunday afternoon as the lobby was rather backed up with check-in. Appeared to be understaffed in housekeeping

ZERO frying pans, no spatulas - I was told this unit didn’t specify if it came with spatulas lol - it took them 2 days to finally call to offer pans (we had 9 people in the unit) - I had to go buy a pan and spatulas! So ridiculous! 6 towels total for a unit that holds TEN people. No oven mit. Hall bathroom tub stopper won’t work, so you can only take showers. It was not clean. Ice maker doesn’t work. We stayed 4 nights… and that was enough for us! The staff at the actual resort are wonderful!!! My parents use to own a condo here years ago that also held 10 people, I just wasn’t prepared for them to be this slack on amenities in the room. I understand some things… but I shouldn’t have to bring my own whole kitchen for a stay at the beach! And 2 days in to our stay to then reach out to try to bring us pans and utensils was a little late! Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was friendly but the room was horrible. We saw roaches the night we entered the room. We didn’t feel comfortable using anything in the kitchen because of the bug issue. The room had a moldy smell and the bathroom sink had mold and mildew around the bottom. Not a pleasant place to stay. We didn’t feel comfortable due to many issues in our room. Our room was prepaid so we had to stay or lose our money.

We had a fantastic time. We loved the condo, having a kitchen and bedroom made it better than staying in a hotel. Kitchen could have used some more dishes/cooking items (a cutting board for example). The shower pressure was amazing! Came home with minimal dirty clothes thanks to the stackable washer/dryer. Balcony was ok. Maybe because we were only on the third floor but the chairs gave us a view of the railing. I could see other rooms had high top table/chairs. My son loved the dvd rental in the lobby. The pools were warm and we loved the lazy river. Being ocean front was amazing. Beautiful clean beach. I could listen to the waves crashing all day.
