Relax at this beautiful vacation retreat property on the historic Black River. A 20 minute drive hwy 701 North, appx 8 miles, North of the City of Georgetown , SC . Fully furnished 3 bedrooms , including one master bedroom. two full baths, full kitchen, large family dining combo, two dinner tables, washer/dryer. River pier/dock with private boat ramp access nearby(2miles). Large covered back porch deck on the riverside. Also available are one single seat and one double seat kayak.
Appx 40 minute boat ride to Historic downtown Georgetown and the boardwalk where you can shop, enjoy dinner, enjoy the festivals. Located 8 miles from City of Georgetown, 17 miles from Pawleys Island, 30 miles from Myrtle Beach and 60 miles from Charleston, SC. Great weekend retreat or longer vacation stay. Beautiful sunset, enjoyable fishing in both fresh and saltwater(Winyah Bay), swimming, skiing, kayaking and river cruising. Wedgefield golf course is 10 minute away. Great friends trip
We really enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Black River. This home lends itself to relaxing with comfortable seating and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the Wooden Boat Festival on Saturday in nearby Georgetown. This was a return trip from two years ago. Wonderful owners. Super clean. Loved it 100%

I love the location, the home is nice and CLEAN!!! Mr. Tony is excellent and communicates with you. If you’re wondering if you should or shouldn’t book it you definitely SHOULD!!! Would stay here again.

Lowcountry Boating adventure with family.
Tony was extremely nice and had a great place for my Family. Covered deck contained toddlers while giving adults a peaceful view of River. The house was very comfortable and clean. We hope to return again. Thanks Tony for sharing your place!

Awesome rental!
The house met and/or exceeded our expectations in every way based on the property description and prior reviews. Tony was available to answer questions but left us to enjoy the house and our stay in the Georgetown area. The house was very well equipped with all the normal amenities plus extra towels, blankets, etc., first aid supplies, hair dryers, gas and charcoal grills, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, etc. that you don't always find in rentals. The only thing that we noticed that could be improved was the water flow in the showers. I literally stood under the spray thinking "How long is it going to take to get my hair wet enough to apply the shampoo?" But the bottom line is that we would recommend this rental to anyone and will certainly use it again for our next Georgetown rental.
