Premium price with poor upkeep

Ac did not work, so we had to sweat at night using only sheets. White comforter appeared to have stains on it, just didn’t seem like it was cleaned. Floors weren’t very clean. I’m not a picky person but when I pay a premium price for something, I expect to get what I pay for!

Great location and view...should have been cleaner

Room was great size. Pull out couch mattress was terrible. Many items listed as kitchen amenities did not exist. Loved that we could check out pool towels from the desk. Pools were nice. Beach access was close. Since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room it worked out great. We took paper towels and kleenex since it's more of a hotel setting than a VRBO. It was nice to get the towels and linen swapped out and to have on site assistance 24 hours. The room was not very clean. The oven was dirty. The dishes were dirty. The showers were covered in hair that did not belong to us.

Fantastic location, but come prepared

The location and accommodations were fantastic. The only complaint I have is although there was a fully stocked kitchen, no basic staples were provided. No paper towels, napkins, coffee filters or even dish soap. These tend to be simple amenities in all vacation rentals. It was a little frustrating to have to shop for these items.

A Week at the Beach

Spent the week at the beach with the family and enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and decorated nicely. It was well equipped with all the amenities. The beach was awesome and we took in some nice R and R. Golf was really close which was also a plus.

Unfortunately our condo was not very clean. When we returned to our condo Saturday the beds were not made and we did not have fresh towels. Although the trash had been taken out and dirty towels had been taken.
