Our guest room can sleep up to four guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

Nice stay.

Management was great had problem with first room ac went out soaked carpet and manager immediately upgraded our room and was very apologetic and sincere only downside was a church group was staying there also and they were very disrespectful and unruly. But overall the stay was great and would definitely stay there again.

Pretty good resort

We really enjoyed the amenities available at the resort (pool, spas, bar/restaurant). The check-in was quite long upon arrival, as there was a big crowd and not enough staff to handle it. There was also confusion as to what exactly was cleaned and replaced during a multi day stay (linens, towels). We set out our used towels and linens at the end of our second day, and they were not replaced with new sets until we specifically asked the front desk to have them brought to our room.

Best price to stay on the beach

You are on the beach and can’t find lower prices. The place is huge, so expect a 5-7 min walk from your car to your room. Beds are small, barely enough room for 2 small adults

My family enjoyed our stay while we were on vacation. The only problem we had was that we couldn't stay longer cause we were relaxed and enjoyed ourselves so much.

The beds were to hard after a hard day of playing. But the room was clean. The lazy river was dirty but the pool was clean. Elevators were disgusting.

Nice hotel and great area

It was a nice clean hotel. I didn't like the fact that my room wasn't overlooking the beach but it was a very convenient to get to the beach from Landmark Resort from the outside pool. Overall I would definitely go back.

NOTHING LIKE PICTURED! Fraudulent Misrepresentation of the Property!

Let me start by saying that you can smell this place well before you walk through the doors. The pictures in the listing make this look like a family-friendly, newly updated facility. It is absolutely overcrowded. The carpeted floors in the lobby and hallways have got to be hiding layers of mold. Everything is damp and musty. There was a college kid who had partied too much puking in a trash can. The hallways are so crowded with people you can hardly walk through. It is absolutely not updated and this is more of a destination for your freshman year spring break with your college drinking buddies, and NOT a family destination. Another family was traveling with us and apparently their complaints rang loud enough to receive their full refund immediately. A month later, and I never received mine. We found another place to stay, thank goodness, and I had to go back to this place every single day of my vacation attempting to speak to a higher manager to receive my full refund. On the last day, the manager told me if VRBO emailed them, my refund would finally be processed too. It has been almost a month and they refuse to even return my phone calls regarding my refund. I finally had to ask my bank to help us dispute the charge. This property should be completely removed from VRBO. Horrible customer service and a disappointing experience all around. As a mother, I am warning you-- Do not fall for the pictures in this ad. Read all of the reviews. This is not the type of family vacation experience you are looking for.

What did we pay for!

Unfortunately the pictures were when this facility was new and not it’s current condition. The hotel was dirty and smelled of vomit (no joke) . The elevators never worked and the stairs were faster however very dirty and rusted. The “gym” had no air conditioning and broken machines. We tried to wipe our room down the best we could over the course of our stay as we were traveling with children but wouldn’t take this trip again. I hate to leave a bad review but we left feeling like our clothing couldn’t go back in our luggage and practically boiled everything when we got home.
