They had dirty, sticky carpets. There was a fire hazard in our room(the clock wires were frayed). Also the closet was broken, had screws hanging and sticking out. The breakfast was terrible. The TV didn't work and there were no tubs on this property. Oh and lastly the pool was very dirty.

Good property for this hotel class. It’s surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to a major road. The shower is quite large with a nice door instead of those ridiculous curtains found at most other places - I liked that. I didn’t eat the included breakfast, but the coffee was rather weak. The front desk folks were friendly and efficient in their tasks; I didn’t interact with any other employees. I would stay here again - especially for the price I paid in the middle of summer in a beach town.

We arrived later in the evening (11pm) for check-in and were greeted by a woman who was polite, but a bit short with us. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. We got into the elevator (just 1 of the 2 worked during our entire stay) and went to the 2nd floor. Upon opening the door to the room we found a maintenance cart, wet carpet, and the bathroom fan to be removed from the ceiling; we returned to the front desk. After being told it "wasn't in the system" that the room had been on the maintenance list, we were then given a room on the 3rd floor. Back into the elevator we go, and when the doors opened we were struck with a musty, dirty carpet smell (pet odor from being a pet friendly hotel). At the door to our 2nd room, the key cards didn't work. Back to the front desk I went. I was doubted, the key cards were tried in the machine, and then I was given a 3rd room, now on the 4th floor. Thankfully 3rd time was the charm and the keys worked and room was okay. Here are some overall pros and cons to this establishment: Pros - Bed was comfortable - AC worked great - Stall shower was roomy - Water pressure and temperature was good Cons - Overall cleanliness of hotel was lacking - General odor to the hotel and hallways - Room door deadbolt didn't lock - Hotel didn't give a feeling of being secure/safe - If you looked close enough you could always find something broken, unfinished, or dirty

Horrible stay

This hotel was terrible. We booked for 3 nights but could only stay for 1 night because of the conditions. The hotel smelled horribly like animal urine. The room was dirty and dated. When staff was told about it, they acted unbothered. Even staying there one night triggered a massive migraine and caused us to leave early. The hotel refused to issue any kind of refund at all. They take no responsibility for any of it or ruining our trip. 0/10

I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family & anyone looking for a decent, affordable, laid back & comfortable place near the coast that is PET friendly!! I would certainly stay here again. Check in check out processes were easy & simple. Staff was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. My room did not disappoint, it was clean, quiet, linens were fresh, everything including appliances & bathroom fixtures all worked as they should. Plenty of hot water & awesome water pressure with a deluxe showerhead. I enjoyed additional amenities that were also offered such as the indoor/outdoor pool, free hot & cold daily breakfast as well as a small gym!! This place even has great views bc it sits right next to a par 3 golf course & driving range!!! What else can you ask for?!!!
