Was fully renovated in March 2022!
New flooring, Quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and vanity, new blinds, new furniture, new bedding- everything is new!
Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

My stay was just as comfortable as it was 3 years ago Mother's Day. The condo is very clean and I feel very safe there. It just felt like coming back to a summer house. I hope to see you two times next year. Thanks for an early check in!

This was a nice property, clean and neat. The apartment itself had everything you need to make you comfortable as well as a kitchen stocked with any utensils/appliances you need. I would suggest adding some blinds to the window shades in the bedroom. The neighbor's pool lights flash through the night and it can be a bit annoying.

Spectacular panoramic view. We ate all our meals on the porch looking at sea birds and dolphins. Beautifully updated and decorated condo. Very comfortable bed and sofa with all the supplies and amenities you would need. Elevator and cart made check in and out a breeze. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Can't wait to come back next year. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Great location for my wife and I. We aren't a big fan of large crowds, so a great location. Close to anything you want to go do but plenty of room on the beach since this is not a large high-rise resort. Easy access to the beach and the unit is perfect for two people. Clean, modern and has all the amenities that you could ask for.Looking forward to coming back later on.

Perfect beach getaway with a breathtaking ocean view!
