Great stay!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful; the bed was comfy; the breakfast was fantastic; the proximity to the lifts was absurdly good. I would stay here again in a second.

Fantastic facility in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Would absolutely stay again in winter, but we stayed during the summer and our room had no air conditioner. The staff was helpful and put fans in our rooms, but it was still rather miserable without a/c. Highly recommend in cooler weather!

シャワールームとお手洗いがお部屋に有って助かりました。 階段しか無かったので、身体的に大変でした。 同じ理由でお風呂に入りたかったけど、階段しか無かったので、入る事が出来ませんでした。

とても良い滞在になりました。ただ今年の野沢温泉はとても暑くて、部屋の窓を開けたかったのですが網戸があまりついてなく全部の窓を開けられなかったので網戸がもっとあると良いと思います。
