Even though the room was small, the use of space was very efficient.The beds were high enough to allow you to place your luggage below, making full use of floor space. It was an easy walk to ths station even with luggages.

It’s not convenient from the station to walk going to the hotel especially if you have luggages. Theres no restaurant inside the hotel and the restaurants around the area are all resto bar. The staff from the reception are not all welcoming and helpful. They don't speak english well. The breakfast buffet is ok.

Very small rooms, we were a family of 4, booked a room through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 &13, room had two twin beds and was very tight, location was good, close to train station and shopping, breakfast was decent, however they told us at breakfast that we had to pay extra for the children even though there was no mention of this when we booked the room through Expedia.

A warm and welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Well designed rooms. Daily breakfast is reasonably priced and very tasty! The laundry room was very convenient. Looking forward to staying there again.

The service among hotel staff truly varied; local staff could not bother serving us despite us using Google Translate to ask for parking slot in the hotel. I want to thank front desk staff, Mr. Cui, for explaining that there were actually parking lots. Breakfast is pretty good.

Friendly and helpful staff, even with limited English. The staff was kind enough to refund a night when I realized I had booked two nights on the same day. Accessible to public transportation and is relatively quiet at night (still fairly close to the main road). Would return to stay anytime I am in Nagoya.

Besides great service and cleansiness, the hotel was 5 minute walk to the Nagoya station. The next best feature is a divine breakfast with amazing choice of food. After the breakfast we weren't hungry until 5-6 PM, saving us time for unnecessary lunch which we spent on sightseeing and shopping.
