Things to Know: 'We highly recommend 4x4 and high clearance vehicles for parking at this rental home, as the property does not have a paved driveway. The condition of the parking area can change quickly, causing sand accumulation and potential vehicle damage (either sand-blasting or vehicles becoming stuck). us is not liable for any towing costs or damage to a vehicle, and cannot guarantee the condition of the parking area.' No smoking/vaping.
Property was dirty. Half eaten food in the fridge, dirty toilet seat, the chair arms were torn, 1/2 drank water bottles in the bedroom, opened up towels and one still had a brown stain which looked like blood, no extra toilet paper.
Pet friendly was a plus for me. House needs some work floor slants badly from living room to kitchen, walls are buckled, missing some siding ocean front, soffit coming loose, storm door sticks and is hard to open and close. Facia has two different color metal wraps and some should be replace due to holes in the metal trim. Just a note to owners I would have the ocean front sliders sealed again along the bottoms at least to prevent leaking into the seals and lower siding to prevent rot. One slider you can already tell is starting to deteriorate the bottom seal. Other than the above it is a great house well protected by the large dunes in front which take away from the ocean view but Iâd rather have the protection of the dune then not, especially during storms. Would I stay again? Probably not for the price when it really offers nothing to do, no hot tub, no game room, no pool, just a three bedrooms house hiding behind large dunes were canât see the ocean if you sitting on the deck.
