This property is very very close to the public beach access and the community pool. The upstairs living area/kitchen is open and bright with lots of seating. There is an half-bath upstairs but only two full bathrooms and one is on the master suite so the other three bedrooms have to share one bathroom. Two bikes and several beach chairs came with the house. We would rent it again. It could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t bad.

Family vacation

My family always enjoys staying at the OBX and usually try and stay in the Village so we can enjoy the pool and snack bar which is walkable from this house and the beach access is as well. Super convenient! Everything was cleaned well and we felt comfortable which is a big deal for myself. Thanks for a great stay!

House was clean and presentable. Quick walk to public beach access. Parking lot if you care to drive. Public bathrooms with rinse off stations.
