Beach Boys: Oceanfront, Pool, Spa, Pool table

Beach Boys is the perfect Outer Banks oceanfront vacation home, beautifully furnished and very well maintained. Features and amenities include a private pool, hot tub, dry sauna and theater room. The 29' x 11' oceanfront pool is surrounded by one of the largest decks in the Village. This two-level pool deck has plenty of loungers, a swing, two tables with chairs and lots of space for games.

You'll find quality furnishings and upgrades throughout this Nags Head beach retreat. Enjoy spacious common areas on the top and mid-level floors. The top level includes a large living area with 55" Smart TV and refinished hardwood floors. Take in the incredible views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Relax on the chaise lounge in the sunroom, where you can even close the French doors for a quiet afternoon nap. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, a grocery pantry, two dishwashers, a large fridge, double oven and microwave. Serve meals for the entire family at the dining table, which can accommodate large groups. There's also additional seating for four more at the kitchen bar. A gas grill is conveniently located outside on the covered porch near the kitchen.

Families love Beach Boys for its multiple getaway areas, including porches and decks everywhere you turn. The mid-level offers another wonderful family space with sofa, chairs, TV, game/card table, books and games. The ground floor entertaining area has a convertible ping pong/pool table, chairs, TV and access to the outdoor pool. The theater room is equipped with a 110" movie screen, overhead projector, theater seating and mini-kitchen. Wifi boosters are located on each floor for reliable connection throughout the entire home.

The beach is wide and beautiful. Beach Boys is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, two malls and golf. Guests can take advantage of discounts at Kilmarlic Golf Club.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 6 vehicles. Please note that Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Our stay was filled with a little bit of everything... We had some northwesterners, yinzers, type A personalities X2, type B personalities X20, and 2 blind mice... Most importantly we all had a great time! The pool deck is the only complaint we had for the most part... The house was awesome all in all.

We had a beautiful time and our vacation home was excellent. Although some very small upgrades would enhance this home, its location, number of rooms, theater room, sauna, pool and more, more than made up for those small needs. The view of the ocean was slightly blocked because the home is set further back and there is a dune that sits within your line of sight but the private entry to the beach is great! Village Realty was great to work with and incredibly responsive! We had a fantastic time and look forward to next year.

We had a wonderful time! The house was amazing and absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect setting for our beach wedding! The only small issue we had it was the cleanest upon arrival. There was food left in the refrigerator, what appeared to be blood stains on decorative pillow in one room. We needed to change sheets and the mattress pad was coved in dark hair. And a few other things like that. But despite that, everything was great!!

We get together every year with friends from middle school, high school, and college. We had such an amazing time in this house for our friend group of 8 adults, 7 kids, and 1 fetus. We will definitely book this again year after year and can't wait for the next time we're all together. P.S. Big thanks to John, the owner, for checking in on us and making sure all was well. what a wonderful location. Close to everything but as private as it gets in Nags Head. This home has everything you possibly want. Heated pool, dry sauna, private walk way to the beach, theatre room and so much more. This was our second visit to Beach Boys and we'll be back again!

Where to start with the fantastic time we've all had here this week! First of all, your home is gorgeous & super family friendly. Everyone had a quiet space if need be and plenty of irreplaceable together time. The beach is perfect! We live on Lake Michigan and the ocean is just as enjoyable. We loved our beach fire, kite flying, crab hunting, shell collecting and beach runs! We had a huge Whoville family dinner at your dining table (which we want!). We watched movies, saw dolphin and drank coffee on the deck daily. We were happy to hear from you and treated your home as our own. We would love to come back with our grandchildren who will be born this year.Thank you for letting us stay here. It was a real treat and truly memorable! Update: We can't express our thanks enough to the housekeeping staff and owners. Our niece lost her wallet with her brand new first drivers license and a lot of money/gift cards. The owners personally searched, found, and returned it. Many thanks from a very happy girl!!
