Located just 60 feet to the beach with no roads to cross! Get an ocean view from almost any room in the house for a semi-oceanfront price!

The ground level of the home features a huge rec room with pool table and table tennis conversion top, sitting area, bedroom with full bath, and patio area with a hot tub.

The second level of the home has a master bedroom with full bath. 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bath, a large laundry room and ocean view decking off of two of the bedrooms!

The top level of the home features an open floor plan and is incredibly light and bright. The kitchen is open and large and looks over the dining area and family room. Enjoy the gas fireplace, huge outdoor decking with fabulous ocean views and seating. The kids can be loud downstairs in the game room while you enjoy a quiet evening view on the upper deck! Don't let Fido miss the fun, bring him too!

Other amenities include Alarm Clocks, Iron and Ironing Board, Ping Pong Conversion Table and 6 Cable TVs.

With all this, and just a 30 second walk to the beach, it really doesn't get any better than this.

This house is very nice! The location is perfect and the house had many kid friendly things. It was not the cleanest when we arrived but a swiffer fixed the issue. The pool/ping pong table got quite the workout! Overall it was a great place for the week.

NICE PLACE

Beautiful home and in a great location. Access to the beach was easy. I will say that this is not the place to stay if you have a physical problem that makes climbing stairs difficult. The kitchen is on the top floor. The top floor provides amazing sunrise views.

BU- MP 20 South Nags Head property

The description match the property perfectly. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for a group of 6 adults to cook and prepare meals. There was plenty of comfy seating for everyone to relax and spread out and was perfect to gather to play games. The views were awesome and the location to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed the pingpong table quite a bit as well! Can't wait to come back next year!

The house is in great shape with good beach access. We stayed early spring when the time outdoors was limited a bit by weather so having a nice indoor space to relax and be together was important. Our family enjoyed the house very much and will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect winter beach trip

This house was everything we could have hoped for and more. The beach is so close. It was easy to get the kids out to play in the sand and even splash in the cold water. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and we all slept comfortably. The top floor is very livable and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The views were incredible. As an added bonus, the internet connection was strong enough to allow us to check in with work as needed during our stay. It was a truly wonderful stay and we highly recommend this house, even in the coldest months!

SUPER! EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER WAND. The only suggestion would be to make the Hot Tub more private so it is not out in the open for all to see. A wall added on the north and east side to make it more private

Great Stay in the Offseason

Stayed here with my family including older folks, 3 young kids, and a dog and we all had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The location is perfect and being just steps from the beach was beautiful. The house was overall clean and there were some nice amenities including a welcome bag (that had travel size dish soap, laundry detergent, sponge, and even a dog bowl) and a new, clean pack-n-play, as well as TVs in nearly every room. We appreciated that we could bring our pup, but the property was showing some wear from it. The stairs and carpeting look old and stained, and we chose to bring our own linens, which meant that we noticed the mattress covers and bedding weren't super clean. Some beds had a noticeable amount of pet hair. Also, while the views were spectacular, it was hard to fully appreciate it because the balcony doors on both the 2nd and 3rd levels were cloudy and could use a good scrubbing. Overall though the location was wonderful, the house was spacious and well equipped, and dealing with the rental company was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it!

New Years Getaway - 2020!

We had a great time spending New Years week at the beach in Nags Head, NC! The home was spacious, loved the hot tub, it was a terrific home for entertaining with the open kitchen, dining & family room! We watched the fireworks from the upper deck! Happy New Year !!!

Stay at the BU

We had a great trip and the house was the perfect fit for our family. Close proximity to the beach with a closet full of beach toys, chairs, and shade options. Sunrise on the deck was picture perfect and I would recommed this property to anyone.
