La Dolce Vita II: Soundfront condo in the Landings of Sugar Creek community with awesome sunset views, access to the community pool, and 2 en-suites.

La Dolce Vita II offers the sweet life where you can relax and rejuvenate. This comfy condo has everything you may need to make your vacation a truly memorable one. Located on the soundfront, La Dolce Vita II will provide breathtaking sunsets that you will want to capture in your memory and in a photo. The open floor plan provides a seamless gathering place, whether you are creating your favorite meals, dining together, or enjoying movie/TV time in the comfy living room. Spend some time relaxing in the community pool and take a sunset walk along the community pier. Beach access is right across the main highway on Gray Eagle street where you can spend the day basking in the sun, surfing, swimming, and maybe finding some beautiful shells or sea glass. With two queen en suites, you can look forward to a restful night's sleep. Elevator access for the building will make bringing in the luggage and groceries a breeze.

Beach Access: Gray Eagle Street public beach access is just a quick drive away! Head east across the bypass (Highway 158) and Virginia Dare Trail. Parking lot has wooden walkway, portable bathrooms and lifeguard (in-season).

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

LOVE THIS CONDO!!I said that many times during our stay. The views were just wonderful from the living area, kitchen and bedroom. Gorgeous sunsets each night we were there. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, and the bed was super comfy. Was just me and my honey celebrating my birthday weekend but plenty of room if traveling with another couple. The bedrooms are spaced apart for plenty of privacy and the bathrooms are also very roomy. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. The pool looked great but it was the end of November and way too chilly. Planning to stay again sometime in the future. Highly recommend this condo!

The place was clean and comfortable and perfect for the two of us. The sunset views were amazing from the back deck. Central to a lot of activities making it a little challenging sometimes to get out of the driveway but worth it.

Bayside Delight

This roomy condo is in excellent shape with a lovely view of the marsh and bay, easy walking distance or drive to the beach. It is well located for sight-seeing in Nags Head and Cape Hatteras and is convenient to restaurants. Kitchen appliances and laundry are in great shape. I would be happy to book again.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time at this location. The home is beautiful and has a great covered deck facing the sound. We saw beautiful sunsets as well as a rainbow. It was really relaxing. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were spaced apart giving us lots of privacy.

Noise issues

The property is lovely but this is the third time I have stayed here and had problems with the noise in the Bathrooms. The san combination light in the bathroom over the toilets has a problem with some type of drip that comes from the exhaust pipe and hits the top of the fan making a knocking sound. It goes on during the day and you don't notice it but once you turn the lights and the t v off to go to sleep it is a constant drip and knock drip and knock all night long. This time we had to turn on the fan and close the bathroom doors to be able to sleep during the night. This definitely needs to be looked at as it seems to be a problem with something from the roof dripping down through the exhaust vent and hitting the top of the fan. Very annoying and makes the beautiful ambience of the condo lessen.

Relaxing Outer Banks vacation

The condo had a wonderful view of the Sound. It was very quiet, had nice amenities, and very comfortable. There were multiple remotes and TVs. One TV with Roku and it would have been helpful to have an explanation on how to utilize all of them and to get local news the time when the hurricane was passing through. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Quiet Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful week at a condo which overlooked Roanoke Sound. We had beautiful sunsets every evening, and we were close to restaurants and beaches. The property was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and there were magazines that served as guidebooks in the property.
