Nice, convenient location. Very small bathroom though. We were hoping for a bathtub since we had little ones but instead there was a tiny shower that only fit one person at a time.

Total bait and switch! Pictures show a really nice place that appears to have more space like a suite. In truth this is not a cute boutique, but a painted MOTEL! No amenities really. No bars of soap for the shower, no blow dryer, no tissue, and room cleaning and services are only upon request. People playing loud music in the common area doors that stick. Couldn’t even close the bathroom door really. Bathroom was so small basically had to stand in the shower to swing the door open and closed. It’s a good thing they have a policy of no refunds, otherwise they would be out of business!

This place is excellent. Front desk is on top of their game. Nicely done vintage remodel, brand new paint. Great location in nagshead. Not hard/unsafe to pull in and out. Plenty of amenities. Spacious, affordable, cooled, clean and not damp rooms. Right around the corner from crucial obx points of interest. Beds were clean and comfy. We will be back.

The short, 1 minute walk to the beach was great. Didnt use the pool since it was across the street behind a building. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

It was an adorable, cozy place to stay for the beach. You are out all day so you just need a clean place to sleep.

What a great place to stay in OBX. Conveniently located to highway amd beach. Studios are great and have everything you need. Just show up Instacart and go!! Recently renovated in a “basic modern” beach vibe! You literally walk onto the beach from one side and walk across the street for the other. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I reported a small problem and it was fixed within an hour! The air conditioning in the rooms will quell any “hot flash” it is amazing!!!!!!!! I almost needed an extra blanket.

The room we rented was very dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine that was so strong you can smell it across the room. It was very disgusting. The shower was so small you had to turn it off to use soap and then turn it back on to rinse off. I did not feel comfortable staying there at all. The employees were very nice however.
