Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with the exception of one locked cleaner closet, a ground level storage room, and one locked owner’s closet!

• The backyard is not fenced. Please supervise children and pets while outdoors.

• The home requires stairs, and all bedrooms are located on the first floor upon entering the home while the main living areas are on the top floor.

• The hot tub is serviced regularly to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please note that the hot tub technician may come by during your stay.

• Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

• Please also note that our lawn care company does come periodically to take care of the lawn
🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay.

• Maximum weight: 45 lbs per dog
• Pet fee: $150 per stay
• Pet owners are financially responsible for any pet-related damages
• Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the home
• Excessive barking is not permitted out of respect for neighbors and other guests

🏡 House Rules

• No smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or recreational products inside the home
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings
• Please rinse off and remove excess sand before entering the home
• Do not place sand-covered items in the washer or dryer
• Please treat the home and furnishings with care during your stay

🚪 Checkout Instructions

Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaning schedule.

Before departing, please:

• Dispose of any food items from the refrigerator and freezer
• Empty all interior trash cans and place trash in the designated outdoor receptacles
• Wash dishes or load the dishwasher and start a cycle before leaving
• Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked upon departure
