The “Sea Sharp” is located at milepost 22 in South Nags Head. This is a quiet peaceful area. The house offers a reverse floor plan with bedrooms on the lower level, living areas on the top level with decks on both the ocean and sound sides, offering great sunrise and sunset views. This home sits just 525' from the beach, no need to hunt for beach access or parking. Just walk up to the beach!!! Bodie Island Lighthouse and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center is only a short drive to the south as is a variety of restaurants and shopping areas to the North.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include parking for 5 cars, enclosed outside shower with dressing room and hot/cold water, double swing, charcoal grill, corn hole game and the utility room with washer, dryer and beverage refrigerator. Walkway to the beach road and access from the carport area!

Mid Level: Entry level with covered deck, enclosed porch with TV/DVD, Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and full private bathroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Bedroom with Double Bed and a full hall bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, dining area seating 8, well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4, full bath, sound and ocean side decks with Adirondack chairs and great views.

Extras: 3 TVs, 3 DVD players, stereo with CD, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet, deck furniture, Keurig, outside shower, games, books, puzzles, DVD library, fish cleaning table, beach cart, charcoal grill, corn hole and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location

Close walk to beach, clean and comfortable, good cooking supplies, wonderful views, the fourth bedroom is an enclosed porch under the deck with a window between it and the adjoining bedroom so sounds carry from room to room

Great family vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Sharp. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed to cook meals and grill out. The location was perfect. We rode our bikes every day. We visit the OBX at least twice a year and plan on staying at the Sea Sharp on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!!

We had a wonderful week

We had three generations… 7 people in total… stay in this house and we were neither cramped nor felt “spread out”. The house was clean, well kept and well furnished. It’s a short walk across the street and over a dune to the ocean. Decks on both the ocean and sound sides allow you sit in the sun or the shade throughout the day depending on your preference. The distance from the main part of town meant the beaches were not as busy as other parts in the obx, but it was only a short drive up the parkway to the grocery, restaurants, and other recreational activities. We had a great week and would recommend the house to our friends.

Perfect beach rental!

This modest beach house was perfect for our family vacation! We loved the location; very close to beach access, plus a great view of the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed having upper decks on both the ocean and sound side. The location is very quiet which was greatly appreciated. For our family of three generations, that is what made it so special for us. The kitchen was very well equipped to accomplish just about anything. I would note though that even though there is enough serve wear, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, etc to host the entire street for a meal, there was no plastic/children’s dishes. As usual, the outside shower was a life saver, and the shaded bench swing under the deck was a nice bonus. We had a wonderful time here, and would be glad to stay again!
