The mid-level offers a full queen bed and a pyramid bunk bed, comfortable for both adults and children-alike.

Visiting Nags Head: Sandy T'z is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood where you can walk, bike, and run. For the golfers in the group, you are within walking distance of the Nags Head Golf Links and in season enjoy the Village Beach Club which offers an oceanfront pool and tennis courts. Centrally located you will find it easy to venture out to some great local restaurants, local shops and many of the Outer Banks attractions that you will want to check off of your bucket list!
Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn right out of the driveway to the traffic light to safely cross Highway 158. Continue 1 block to the Village Beach Club access.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.
Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: Up to $15 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
My wife, 4 year old son and I stayed during the last week of August. The place was as listed but once we arrived we realized the place could use some updating and that the reviews on VRBO were from 2018 and we are now in 2024. The front door was loose from its hinges and required me to lift it to close it all the way. There was a storm the week previous to our stay so maybe that caused that. The BBQ grill wasnât cleaned and the patio furniture was rusted and falling apart. The toilet on the lower level wouldnât flush. The kitchen had ants and the fan in the childrenâs room with the bunk beds wouldnât turn on. The AC worked well and the overall stay was fine since we spent the majority of our time at the beach and pool. For the price it was definitely worth the stay but the overall upkeep could improve. I considered calling the company to I guess âcomplainâ but we were on vacation and trying to make the best of our only time off of the year. Overall a 3/5 stay.
We have rented thru VRobx for many years and are consistently pleased. Unfortunately this time Hurricane Florence sent us packing via Mandatory Evacuation. We will consider continuing to rent through vrobx, depending on how the trip insurance plays out.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and nicely updated. This was the best rental we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Nags Head. Thanks!

The house was very clean & well kept! The staff at Village Beach Club were very friendly & helpful. It was nice to be able to use the pool & have beach access right there. Village Realty was prompt to assist & easy to work with for vacation. Iâd definitely use again for vacation!
Perfect place to get away from home and the summertime crowds.
Great house in a very nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Doesnât fee like you are at the beach in the summertime but vey close to everything you would want to see or do. 5 minutes to the beach and sound views from the front deck.
