This semi-ocean front features: 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large open living room and dinning room, 3 outdoor decks, and a fully stocked kitchen. This home is short/3 min. walk to the beach, and a short walk/bike ride to restaurants, shops and more! Linens and towels and not provided, but there is a washer and dryer available on site.

This house is great. Location is awesome and plenty of room. Very conveniently located to all the great places to eat and stuff to do. Pier is a quick walk as is the beach access. House is well kept and will for sure book this property again.

Second visit & can’t wait to return!

I made the mistake of deleting our keyless entry code and the owner Riley took care of us from out of state! The owner responded quickly to any questions before arriving and while in OBX. This was my family’s second visit and you cannot beat the location. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Hardwood floors throughout the house allow for easy clean up to sweep sand & crumbs. The comforters could use a wash but everything is as pictured. Basic kitchen items stocked & available, but we should of brought Tupperware for leftovers! Bedrooms were plenty spacious for our family and the deck has awesome chairs to enjoy the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

The best of everything

Charming and close to the beach

We loved the decor and how close it was to the beach. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms. It was close to restaurants- Tortuga’s Lie is a long time favorite of ours. We also ate at Lucky 12 Tavern. They are both within easy walking distance. There is a short walk to the beach and there are no steps going over the dunes- helpful when you are using a beach wagon to cart everything back and forth. -we left our beach buggy there for others to use since we plan on getting a new one next year. The kitchen is small and for the most part we could find everything we needed. It could use a new set of measuring cups and spoons. The grill isn’t usable, imo. There is a small tabletop grill in the utility room. We didn’t use it either so I can’t say how well that works. The small kitchen fit our needs perfectly though, since we ate out most of the time. We loved it and would stay again! What would make it even better?- I love having linen service instead of having to bring everything. It would be nice if that were included. There is a ton of space in the back yard that would be great for a pool :) And, restocking the kitchen with updated (matching and complete) sets of dinnerware, silverware, etc. + a new grill.
