The property was in a great location! Loved the pool and beach right there! Stores and donuts nearby too! 5 starts for this category!! However all three rooms had very poor mattresses…all the guests were disappointed with them…time to get some new mattresses for sure! We identified water damage on the ceiling of the dining room when we arrived, but it had been there for a while. We ignored that but on our second to last day there, the upstairs master bathroom toilet flooded into the kitchen downstairs through a ceiling light fixture!!!!! Disgusting! The property manager was very responsive though! Easy check in/out process! For the rental fee for this property we certainly expected all the maintenance to be taken care of and high quality mattresses. This property could use some serious repairs and upgrades.
