Sunrises Over The Atlantic As You Sit Outside The First Floor Master Bedroom.

Walk out the the back of the beach house, to a cross-walk immediately to the beach access. Once on the beach and you need something or want to return to the house, super easy and quick. Community pool for the 6-8 houses on the cul de sac. Beach house designed for the family with a large open area for dining room, family room, with a nice alcove bar area with built in ice machine. 4 car parking on concrete driveway. Barbecue, swing, picnic table for outside entertainment. Beautiful wrap-around porch with solid wooden rocking chairs and plenty of seating. One side screened in, two other sides open but protected with large overhang roof to protect from the sun. Remodeled with new upstairs windows and french doors leading to a new second level deck with ocean/sound view. Great place to socialize, sun, or just chill.

Awesome home

Everyone had a great time staying here. Kitchen was well stocked to feed the family of 7. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to walk to the beach and having access to a beach cart made it so easy. This was the families favorite house and we will look to stay again next year.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic with public beach access across the street, and the close community pool. A market, stores, ice cream and restaurants were a few miles away. It was perfect for our extended family with young kids to adults. The owner had great communication. We can’t wait to come back.

Nags Head fall 2023

Very nice house with exceptional amenities. Great location. The weather was not as kind to us this year. Only one sunny day so we did get to use the pool or even be on the beach much. It was too windy to even sit on the porch most of the week. The house is so comfortably decorated we found ways to entertain ourselves inside. Good lighting, plenty of seats and well stocked kitchen. The master bath on the first floor is a dream. Really really like the new decking and steps! The view was great from upper deck.

We really enjoyed the Outer Banks. I don't know if we will ever be able to return, but I would gladly stay in this house again if we do! The house was comfortable, the location is great, and the owner was easy to work with.

Everything we could have asked for

This house was perfect for our three families. Both the adults and kids had plenty of space and the open downstairs kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for us all to be together. We had regular communication with the property manager before check in and the house was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect for everyone since it was so close to the public beach access and the community pool was a life saver for the kids during days when there was no swimming at the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better house and we are already talking about staying here again in the future.

Family Unity

We have been going to the Outer Banks for 40 years and this house is by far our favorite. Open the Master Suite curtain in the morning and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Sit on the wrap around porch and choose your level of light and breeze for any time of day. The owner has thought of everything at this property and if you have a concern he is extremely easy to contact and work with.

The only place to stay

This was our 2nd year staying here and we really enjoyed it great location and updates are really nice especially the 2nd floor balcony looking over the ocean we actually saw dolphins one morning host is really nice and gets back in touch quickly would highly recommend

After-Thanksgiving Womens Adventure

Great house, helpful owner, great location! Our only concern was that it was advertised as sleeping 12 and the ten of us couldn’t sleep comfortably. We’re all seniors. Luckily we brought along an air mattress.
