The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for Spring and Fall getaways. With eight bedrooms and over 4,500 square feet of well-maintained living space, this oceanfront retreat is the perfect choice for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together.

On the top level, an east-facing wall of sliding doors and oversized windows in the great room take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views. The open-concept layout offers the sight lines and flow needed for large families to comfortably gather and mingle. Everyone can pitch in with meal prep using the spacious and newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop. There's even a second full-size fridge for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day. Outside, an expansive oceanfront deck serves as an extension of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes. For an even better view, climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop observation deck.

The primary bedroom is also located on the top level and includes an ensuite bath and private deck. All other bedrooms are situated on the lower levels, three of which provide direct access to a covered deck with hot tub. Imagine taking a relaxing soak while listening to the sound of the waves before heading off to bed. There's also a rec room on the mid-level, where guests can shoot pool or enjoy a cold beverage from the wet bar.

Conveniently located at Milepost 17, Surf Monkey provides the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being close to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, take a short drive over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.
