Visiting Nags Head: Conveniently located near the community soundside pier, local restaurants, shops, and many outdoor attractions. Guest of Wedges 13 have use of the Village Beach Club amenities with an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, and family activities (in-season).
Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).
No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.
Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: $10 to $25 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
This house is so outdated. I have never stayed at a beach house that didnât have a hose to rinse off beach gear. Or one that didnât have a hair dryer for use. The bathrooms are extremely outdated and there is evidence of mold and damage to carpets around doors and some of the windows. The master bathroom tile moves when walking into the shower room. One of the first steps up to the door broken and needs repair.
We stayed at the house with family for my sonâs wedding. Everything about the house was exactly as described. Really enjoyed how many balconies were on the house and how close to the dock the house was. Highly recommend.
A fun time was had by all--my daughter and husband; son; granddaughter and husband and their 7-month old baby boy who definitely had a great time. Thank you for a place to visit with family and my new great grandbaby. I believe my son, son-in-law, and grandson-in-law are real chefs as they thoroughly enjoyed using the grill and fixing breakfast. Thank you for quite an enjoyable time.
This property was super nice, we even had a welcome basket on the counter! The rooms are large and comfortable and the veiws were even better. There were plenty of beach items to use in the downstairs starage area for the girls to use while staying and visiting the beach. Will certainly recommend and come back!
Property was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Pool and beach were just a short drive or walk. Only problems were there was a crack in the bathtub and it was not useable during our stay and looked like it had been a known issue and a step was missing on the stairs from second floor deck. They fixed the step but weâre not able to fix the tub. Very disappointing.
We enjoyed everything! The home was very well stocked with great kitchen supplies and lots of nice extras. Great location. We loved our daily short walks to the sound dock to watch the sunset. Teen kids loved being able to swim in the ocean or the sound.
We had a minor injury due to the condition of the downstairs bathtub but other than that it was a great vacation the house was beautiful and close to everything
