Excellent stay
Spacious room - bright and clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Supermarket just over the road. Walking distance to the monorail. Excellent value.

1週間ほどの滞在で利用しました。 部屋はオシャレです。冷凍冷蔵庫だけでなく、電子レンジや電気湯沸かし、ネスカフェ　ドルチェグストが用意されてます。 ただ、ドルチェグストのカプセルは1Fて購入する必要がありますが。 また、長期滞在向けに1Fにランドリーも用意されています。 立地としては交通の便は悪くないですが、公共交通機関を使わないとなると、レンタカー用に駐車場がありますが、こちらは¥1000/日の別途料金がかかります。競争率が高くすぐに満車になりますが、徒歩3分圏内に¥500/日からのコインパーキングがあるのでそちらを利用されてもいいかと思います。 ホテルの敷地内にレンタサイクルの置き場4台があり、自転車があれば¥100/15分で利用できます。 が、出先のベースの空きがなかったり、出先からレンタサイクルで戻ってきた時にこちらのベースに空きがないと空きが出るまで課金されるので注意されたほうが良いです。私は深夜戻ってきて空きがなく、15分ほど歩いた先のモノレールの駅まで返却に行きました。 ちなみに私は期間中レンタルバイクをしましたが、駐車料金を取られることなく、ナンバーだけ伝えて欲しいとのことでした。
