It offers two private 1Bedroom apartments side-by-side, giving you more comfort and privacy than a standard 2BHK. Each has its own bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Plus, a private backyard and terrace to unwind and take in the hills—when the town's quiet, it’s magic.

Apartment 1 (Farmland-Side Unit):

Double Bedroom:

Private Living Room:
Features a comfortable sofa-cum-bed, ideal for lounging and providing sleeping space for up to two additional guests. Both the bedroom and living room are bright with natural light and fresh air.

Full Kitchen & Dining Area:
Fully equipped for your cooking convenience.

Private Washroom: Modern Western toilet, shower, and geyser. Basic toiletries and fresh towels are provided.

Front & Side Veranda-Balcony:
Offers stunning views towards farmlands and mountains, ideal for your morning tea.

The Main Property is accessed through a gate opening from the service road.
The entry path leading into the property is wide enough for vehicles such as sedans and SUVs.
Along this entry path, you'll find:
Another small gate that opens to an open veranda/garden.
Stairs leading to the veranda attached to our tenant's area and Guest Apartment 2 on the first floor.

Apartment 1 Entry:
Features a separate and dedicated entry via a stairway from the front open veranda on the ground floor, leading directly to its first-floor unit. This apartment can also be accessed from the tenant's side veranda-balcony (via Apartment 2's veranda and the connecting door).

Apartment 2 Access:
Directly accessible from the tenant's side veranda-balcony, which has stairs connecting from the main property entrance path. It also has direct access from Apartment 1's veranda through a door partition that can be closed for privacy.

Backyard Access:
The property features a backyard at the rear, great for sitting or small bonfire (6–8 people)
This area is primarily accessed via Apartment 2.
Enjoy this lovely outdoor space for relaxation and recreation.

Private Terrace Access (on request):
Suitable for bonfires or private gatherings (10-15 people).
