The property is located next to what appears to be a busy highway inside a mall which requires 2 set of metal detectors to get in. Area does not feel safe at all. Hotel is well maintained, but its age started to show: mirror in the bathroom was partially broken in the back, door to the bathroom had the lock broken, empty soap dispensers and limestone was built up on the bathroom shower glass and sink. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

Overall a pleasant stay. Main points: - Airport shuttle was incredibly helpful. The driver was there when I arrived, holding my name sign. He patiently waited while I went through passport control. - The rooms and its facilities were clean. - Some features available: fast wi-fi, mounted a/c unit, walk-in shower, small refrigerator, lockable safe, tea/coffee station. - Bear in mind if you might have a friend or family member briefly drop by your room for a chat, you could be up-charged. To avoid such nickel and dime extras, perhaps use their lobby, or consider more standard (us/uk) international hotel brands without this practice, or hotels with more substantial conference areas. - While the restaurant food service was good, their prices were *quite* exaggerated. There was a rib dish (the advertised house special) priced at almost $80 per person. Thankfully there are many other food options within the Signature Mall, or a short walkable distance outside the building past the parking lot. - Keep in mind you must insert your key card into a slot that allows power to turn on in your room. When you have to leave and take your key card, all things power out. So keep this in mind if you have perishables in the refrigerator.

I will stay here again! It was perfect especially the staff. The convenience of the restaurant and the outdoor Linae was great. It was also great o have the mall and grocer next door. We will be back, Pride Inn!!!!

Hotel staff were nicr and friendly….the room was very clean and specious., the carpet on the hallways needed attentions… there’s smell that were not pleasant sometimes around hallways. But I can say the hotel definitely deserves the price you’re paying.

Hotel is lovely We are traveling in a large group and they accommodated our request for some of our group to check in early because their planes arrived early. Airport pickup was on time and very professional. Rooms are clean and well-appointed. Beds are comfortable. Staff is just wonderful!

Comfort and Amazing Food!

The rating encompasses the attentive staff and the amazing on-site restaurant. Arriving after a long commute I appreciated that they allowed for early morning check-in. The front desk staff were so friendly in welcoming us. The rooms were just as shown, extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. The room service was prompt and accurate each time. This would easily be a 5-star experience, the only reason this rating is reduced is because we had cold water in our room. We could not get a hot shower. This was supposed to be the same hotel we stayed in later on in our trip on the way back to our home country. Due to that reason, I forgo the second reservation and opted to go to another hotel. The restaurant that services the rooms are Ribs and Rhythm and that alone is worth your time here. We were blown away so much that we opted to dine in at the restaurant on the later visit back through Nairobi on the way back home to the US. The drinks were crafted to perfection, and the servers and staff were top-tier. The food was a 10/10. The lamb burgers, the pasta, the spring rolls (we still talk about this restaurant to this day). I would still recommend this place. I am certain that the water concern was situation-specific. It is also connected to a great mall! If you forgot any of your essentials while on your travels I am certain you would find it within the mall
