This beautiful weatherboard home is ideally positioned on the eastern side of town with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Nambucca Heads. Shops, cafes, clubs, schools and the CBD area are all close by.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by the large front porch, perfect for enjoying the cool sea breeze on a sunny afternoon. The combined living/dining area is flooded with great natural light and this flows into the well appointed galley-style kitchen, including dishwasher. The property features timber floorboards throughout. Situated on a corner block with double garage and fully fenced back and front yards perfect for pets.

Practical and convenient
Nice and convenient place central to walk to lookouts, main beach and Shelly beach. Great for the dogs to stay with us and fenced yard. Handy to have a laundry and detergent to use. Couldn’t access wifi (no instructions found and couldn’t get in touch with agent to ask). Some cutlery still had food on it. No air-con but fans provided.

Happy dogs, happy life!
Great set up for a couple of energetic dogs, great safe yard and the verandah very suitable for them at night or when we had to venture out without them. Everything at the house we needed and a great location to walk to beach, shops clubs etc. Thanks for a great long weekend stay!

Almost perfect for us!
Great property with everything we needed. Our 2 small dogs loved the huge yard and deck. Only glitch was the barking dogs on 2 neighbouring properties.

Close to Beach !
The locale was great being close to town and river and beaches . The house was simple and tidy, it has all that you need. Small living area and seating options was ok for a family of 4 . Beds were comfy. Be sure to plan ahead and bring washing powder, dishwashing liquid garbage bags etc as it was not provided. The only real drawback was the consistent poor language, arguing and noise from the neighbors . Nambucca heads was a great place to visit .

Fence/ gate could be more secure for pets Small dust pan and brush would be handy Need a vegetable grater for kitchen I have left a vegetable peeler which I purchased Street name was printed wrong on advertising
