The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove ALL garbage (including bathroom) and recycling. You may dispose of items in green bins on the left hand side as you leave the property. Remove and take with you ALL items from fridge & freezer
Wash, dry and put away all dishes or load the dishwasher and turn it on. Place all dirty towels in the washing machine. You do not need to turn it on.
Make sure all towels are returned to the suite ($25 replacement fee /towel) Leave swipe card on counter ($50 to replace) Leave the suite as you found it upon check-in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
